Security
Security in Perpie, enabled by account abstraction
Telegram bots up until now have compromised on security. When you first interact with a trading Telegram bot, it generates a private key and stores it on the server side
This means that the bot's creators have unlimited access to your private key at all times - Making it completely centralized.
Perpie however, utilizes social logins. This means that instead of your secret password that controls your account being stored on some centralized server, where developers have free access to it at all times - Your funds are secured by existing Web2 accounts that you own!
This can even be considered more secure than the traditional hot wallets you often see being used, such as Metamask.
Currently, Perpie supports authentication with Google - retaining the company's unparalleled security when trading with your hard-earned money.
2FA
We will soon support even more authentication methods, and allow for even more secure interactions, by implementing 2FA mechanisms to ensure your funds are as safe as they can be (much safer than hot wallets like Metamask, by the way)
